How to clean Teak. In this video we share the way we look after our teak. Showing the process and the results. Teak can be tricky to clean as the pith is easy to damage by harsh scrubbing and the use of acids. We use the Star Brite product with clean water and a soft brush in badly stained areas. I others we just use the lightest of dustings with sand paper. We show how the teak can be blotchy after coating until it soaks in. This regime has served us well over the years and all our boats teak has always looked good and not leaked or worn through.
