I meet Olivia in Ala Wai aboard her Panda 34. We sail together to Kauai and talk about our solo trans pacific crossings. We weave our way through a crowded anchorage at night and spend the next day exploring Hanalei. Sailing back takes several times longer than we expected as we fight headwinds and currents.
