Can you sail around the world for less than $9000 per person per year? We get asked over and over about how much it costs us to live this life sailing full time around the world. Now, after sailing half way around the world from England to Australia over 3 years, we have enough data to answer it properly. We have tracked every single penny that we have spent over the last 3 years so we can now share how much it REALLY costs to sail around the world. This video is not how to sail around world on the cheap, it is just an explanation of how much WE have spent and WHAT we have spent it on. We hope that by sharing this information it will allow others who have a similar dream, to understand the costs involved in sailing around the world.

We are a British couple who set off from England in 2016 to fulfill our dream of sailing around the world on our 37ft sail boat, Florence. Along the way we share the live aboard lifestyle with the highs and lows of travelling around the world by boat.
