Lifting our wrecked schooner for the FIRST TIME in her life — Sailing Yabá #3
November 22, 2020 by Sailing Yabá | Language: EN Play Time: 00:17:02 | SAILING YOUTUBERS

We are Ben and MP!
Recently we decided to purchase a two masted 70ft wooden schooner in Brazil. The fun detail about our story is that the boat we bought is sinking and relying on many bilge pumps to survive and we need to lift it onto the dry ASAP to fix what is needed and start our refit.
In this episode we took our chances and decided to lift our wrecked schooner that has NEVER BEEN LIFTED BEFORE!!
Our whole refurbishing process is supposed to happen in the south of Brazil, but travelling there with all the leaks we had was quite risky so we decided to lift it. To find out how things worked out for us, watch the full video!
We hope you enjoy it!
