Sailing SOLO to Cartagena and preparations for the ATLANTIC crossing – SwT 16

Thank you for watching

In this sailing solo from Mallorca to Cartagena in Spain. It was probably the easiest yet the hardest sail so far. Crazy amount of ships and yachts made it almost impossible to get any sleep in 50 hours.

Hopefully, this can give you some insight about how hard it can be even though there is the best weather ever when sailing singlehanded. It does not only have to be heavy storms that make you crazy tired. Lack of sleep is just as tiring.

In the end of this video I’m also sharing with you my check list for my Atlantic crossing preparations.Crazy many things to check in only 11 days.

While waiting for parts to BE FREE in Panama I try to be productive
and to catch up with my videos. I’m truly sorry for being so behind on my episodes. Hopefully I will find time to close the gap between where I am at the moment and the 30 episodes in between.
