In this thrilling episode of ‘Sailing with Six,’ the crew faces their biggest storm yet, experiencing a 180° wind shift and 39 knot winds. They test their gear while holding anchor and thankfully everything holds up. As they make camp, the winds chill out to just over 30 knots.
The crew then sets about cleaning up the boat and making it habitable again, working together like a well-oiled machine. Each of them is focused on a different area – one cleans the helm, another tackles the fridge face, and someone else organizes the fresh food.
Later in the episode, they explore the beautiful To’aca Lighthouse built from coral limestone and have lunch at a nearby airport-jetty set-up. The team also restocks on fresh fruit and vegetables by ordering from a buyer in Tahiti who gets their supplies to the supply ship. The next time viewers tune in, the crew will sail towards Tahiti as they eagerly await the arrival of a special guest.
