Scuba Diving on Catalina Island, California - Extra, Extra

Hello Friends!

This is just a extra little video I made for my friends and family and I thought I would share it here as well. Last weekend I went to Catalina Island off the coast of Los Angeles to complete my scuba certification with my little brother Colby and my dive instructor Jimmy Shannon.

This is some of the gopro footage of the dives and from me snorkeling after the first two dives. Thanks to my brother Colby for taking most of this footage and for being my dive partner during the tests. Super thanks to Jimmy Shannon for teaching me how to dive!

My main reason for getting certified was to be able to work on the bottom of my own boat and clean it myself and of course to have the option of diving around the world during my circumnavigation.

Ever since I was a young boy and saw people diving on shipwrecks on TV I have wanted to scuba dive and I have finally gotten the to!
