Catalina Island by Sea: James enjoys a nice slow sail to Cat Harbor
Season 7 : Episode #146 : Catalina Island BY SEA (part 2)
Hello Friends,
This weeks episode is broken up into TWO parts. The First Part is Camille and Mister Steady’s hike on the Trans-Catalina Trail from Little Harbor to the Isthmus. The Second Part is James’ slow sail from Little Harbor to Catalina Harbor. (Part 1: https://youtu.be/ceJmXt_fIjE )
On Part 2 James departs the very rolly anchorage of Little harbor and enjoys a nice slow sail flying the 150 gennaker sailing at between 1 and 2 knots in the light breeze. The distance between the harbors is only 3 nm so after a mellow sail James found a spot to drop the hook at Catalina Harbor and waited for Camille and Mister Steady’s Arrival!
