March 12th 2020 we took delivery of our new Leopard 45 catamaran in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the very first boat we’ve ever owned! As a family of four we took years to learn how to sail both monohulls and catamarans and set plans in motion to move our lives from land to sea so together we can have a new, a different life experience. We’ve pushed through fears and concerns through education and experience and here we are 4 months into new boat ownership having sailed from Fort Lauderdale to Miami and now over 750 nautical miles North to the Chesapeake Bay! Join us as we sail from Wilmington NC to Norfolk VA through night passages passing the Frying Pan Shoals of Cape Lookout and the infamous shoals of Cape Hatteras!

We are a family of four, Andy and Maki and our identical twin boys Oliver and Lukas. We decided there was no better time than now to make a change in our lives, sell the majority of the company we started 13 years ago and set sail to share with our children what this incredible world has to offer.
