We’re back in the US of A! After arriving in New Smyrna Beach, we make our way north on the ICW to St. Augustine, then hop on bicycles to explore the nation’s oldest city.
It’s storm season in Florida, where small but fierce thunderstorms are whipped up almost every afternoon. When the dark clouds roll in and the lightning cracks above our 52’ metal mast, it’s hard to not feel like a sitting duck. What to do? Take the edge off, of course, with a cocktail.
