After two years of refitting a small sailboat in Key West, Florida, we take off on our first adventure aboard Atticus, our Allied Seawind 30. We motored to the nearby protected anchorage at Saddlebunch Key for a weekend of kayaking, swimming, and generally enjoying our sailboat which we’ve been tirelessly refitting for the past two years. This is our first taste of the huge adventure that we hope is soon to come.
