This week we finish framing the second floor of our mountain home — building the final exterior walls, constructing the stairs, and sheathing everything so it’s finally ready for roof trusses.
But more than just progress on the structure, this episode is about what it feels like to work alongside a crew that genuinely cares about doing great work. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and every day we’re seeing real, physical change take shape. I’m still learning. I’m still making mistakes. But I’m getting better — and this house is starting to feel real.
