First Time Wiring a House | Building Our Mountain Home Ep. 10

This week we’re tackling the electrical rough-in for our future home in the mountains of North Carolina. We walk through the entire house with the electrician, map out every switch, outlet, and fixture, and then I jump in to help run all the wire. Along the way, we uncover a framing mistake that forces a last-minute wall move, and I work through several bigger-picture decisions with Nathan from Morgan’s Electrical — from generator placement to HVAC-related challenges — as we try to keep the project moving forward.
