Almost 9 months ago when we found out that Desiree was pregnant, we faced a big decision… Do we do the sensible thing and delay our dream of sailing across an ocean once again or do we somehow press on and pursue this journey that we began so many years ago?
In the end we decided to go for it and set our sights on Malta. Now after almost 5,000 miles sailed, we are about to begin the final stage of our journey and we can’t help but wonder… Are we being reckless by pursuing this risky dream, or is this somehow the right decision for our family to be?
