The story continues for the crew of SV Parlay, as they sail their hurricane damaged boat across the Caribbean and down to Grenada. They bought the damaged boat in the BVI’s (British Virgin Islands), fix it up, and got it sea worthy enough to hit the Caribbean seas!
In this episode, after being in pain for over a week, Captain Colin ends up in hospital for something a little bit embarrassing! He gets a Carbuncle on his buttock, which is a large cluster of boils in one area, and after a trip to the hospital, is left with a hole in his cheek 1 inch wide and half an inch deep, which has to be stuffed with new gauze everyday, which Maria does on the boat every day. As no antibiotics are prescribed, they have to make sure there is no chance of infection, for such an open wound. Watch as he makes a slow but full recovery!
