Over a thousand miles of the South Pacific separate Western Samoa from Tonga. This stretch is renowned for its challenging offshore sailing conditions, with strong winds and significant swells. Despite this, our voyage aboard ‘One Life’ was an ideal opportunity to teach a beginner crew member how to handle such challenging environments.On this episode, we welcome Hannah aboard as our first new crew member joining us on an overnight sail from Western Samoa.
