A lot happens in this week’s episode!
I guess Adam summed it up in this episode when we said that there was lots of things to do on the boat that he kept starting, and not finishing… so instead he had a haircut!
But our main problem of the hour was a broken outboard. We got straight to work fixing our outboard problem and figured out that when we hit a rock in the murky by of St George, it broke the propeller. Finding a new propeller on the island wasn’t as easy as we thought so close-enough would have to do.
We then moved onto what we were meant to be doing! After storing our flexible solar panels in our v-berth during a spell of rain, we finally got to work installing them…and making a new bimini roof for them!
Many days (and much unpicking later), we got the new soft roof and solar panels on.
