Hi everyone.
In this episode we find out if our 50 year old Volvo Penta MD2B Marine Diesel engine is beyond repair or if it can be resurrected.
We work on our radar arch and start getting Miss Rosie ready for the long sailing voyage back from Cornwall to North Wales
We are Andy, Melissa and Jack, a sailing family based in North Wales, looking for a bluewater sailing yacht to take us around the world.
We currently have a very small 24ft Snapdragon Sailing yacht based in Caernarfon but there are bigger boats on the horizon.

Sailing Melody
Sailing Melody is the official YouTube channel for the Bennington Family and our sailing adventures. We are now well on our way to becoming a full time live-aboard family. We started with a little 24ft Snapdragon bilge keel, and then moved up to a 28ft Great Dane long keel yacht. Now though we're working on MELODY, our 38ft Steel Pilothouse Cutter. We're working hard to get her ready to go back in the water but as you'll see there's a lot of work to do.
