This week on Life on Jupiter, the RV living crew embarks on their most challenging boondocking adventure yet in Sedona. They tackle tight turns, narrow lanes, steep slopes, and an unexpected fresh water leak as they strive to find beautiful off-grid camping spots.
The Most Challenging Boon dock Yet!
>In episode 178, Life on Jupiter heads north from Phoenix in search of the perfect boondocking site near Sedona. After researching potential locations on Campendium, they choose a spot nestled into a hill that looks like quite a challenge.
Preparing for the Challenge
The crew starts by ensuring their RV is securely anchored using scissor braces and stabilizer bars, anticipating potential movement on the steep incline. They also install chocks to prevent rolling while parked.
Sedona Adventure
The day after settling into their challenging boondocking site, the crew sets out for a hike to Devil’s Bridge, one of Sedona’s most popular attractions. They arrive early and manage to secure parking spots before heading on the scenic walk.
Finding Clean Water
To ensure they have a clean water supply for their journey, they visit Walmart seeking suggestions from the friendly employees. After confirming there is a free dump station at Galpin in nearby Arizona, they decide to head there first.
Navigating Out of The Challenging Boon dock Site
The final leg of their Sedona adventure sees the crew tackle a narrow exit from their steep and challenging boondocking site. They experience unexpected issues with tire pressure and fresh water leakage, but ultimately overcome these obstacles to successfully depart for Galpin.

When locked down in Cape Town South Africa we had the spare time to start putting together some videos that we wanted to share with our family and friends. I hope that our videos inspire other dreamers to reach out, focus and obtain your dreams. Hopefully some inspiration to "Quit Job and Go Sailing". Life is not supposed to be about just getting by. I find it ridiculous to spend your life paying off a mortgage just so that at the end of it, you have somewhere to live. You’ve only got one shot at it, as far as I can tell…. so make it special. Dream big. Live in the “now”. Make every moment count…. towards your dreams.
