PANCAKES:

INGREDIENTS: KOOSTISOSAD:
400 grams of whole milk cottage cheese 400 grammi kohupiima
1/2 cup of Organic Flower 1/2 tassi mahe jahu
1/2 cup of Organic Sugar 1/2 tassi mahe suhkrut
Half a teaspoon of salt 1/2 tl soola
3 Farm Fresh Eggs 3 muna

A bit of Vanilla Extract Vanilla ekstrakt
Butter for frying Või praadimiseks

Mix all the ingredients together. And fry on low heat. I like to let the pancake to
solidify before flipping it once. Low and Slow. Pancake have a 4-5 inch
diameter. 9-10 pancakes.
I love to top them with seasonal berries with sugar.
