We took a trip back to Durban from Johannesburg which are two cities in South Africa. We had friends of ours wedding to attend. Congrats again Elandre & Ruan! We stopped over at Durban marina to check out a friend (Pierre) Dean Cat 365 out who has done an interior refit which looks great! Thanks again Pierre. After checking his yacht out and loving it! We made the decision to fly to Port Elizabeth. To see our potential baby. See her for the first time! Stay tuned till next week where we show you more of her exterior and interior!! Sailing Lady Africa
We are a couple from sunny South Africa who decided to buy an old 1991 36.5ft Dean Sailing Catamaran, do a complete rebuild on her and sail the world. We started our boat build in 2018 and completed here in 2020 where we left South Africa and completed an Atlantic Crossing to the Caribbean. Amidst all of this we applied to become US Residents. So follow our journey as we sail the Caribbean and set up a new life in a new country.
