With being in the Caribbean you got to remind yourself.. you still have boat work to do! We head off to the chandler to get new dinghy keys and purchase some pre filter for our water maker so we can make water again & got started on sound insulating our boat (as you all know Ricky hates the lapping of water and intense slamming sound we experience by having a boat with a low bridge deck clearance.. did the sound insulation work? YOU BET IT DID! We ordered some more so hopefully it gets here sometime soon so we can finish up the whole boat!

Sailing Lady Africa
We are a couple from sunny South Africa who decided to buy an old 1991 36.5ft Dean Sailing Catamaran, do a complete rebuild on her and sail the world. We started our boat build in 2018 and completed here in 2020 where we left South Africa and completed an Atlantic Crossing to the Caribbean. Amidst all of this we applied to become US Residents. So follow our journey as we sail the Caribbean and set up a new life in a new country.
