S1, Ep8 A long Weekend on the Mystic (at Mariner's Cove)
We take a long weekend to celebrate our 31st anniversary and sail to Mariner's Cove in San Diego. We also help our friend Rob with delivering the mast for his boat for service and play hookie on a Monday to watch an unusually large departure of the Baja-HaHa Cruisers Rally.
We are two retiring educators, parents and grandparents, looking to change our fast paced life to a slower rhythm more aligned with the ocean, sailing and nature. Follow us on our sailing channel as we prepare our sailboat and ourselves for the next chapter in our lives.
