Sailing across the North sea
March 16, 2019 by Sailing Fair Isle | Language: EN Play Time: 00:04:10 | SAILING YOUTUBERS

We sail across the North sea from Holland to the UK after buying a sailboat in Monnikendam, Holland.
We spend a winter in Holland and talk about our favorite places in the Markermeer and IJlemeer. We then bring her down to the South coast for a refit ready for long term cruising.
P.S. We will be adding lots of tips on anything to do with sailing on our new website. There’s a ‘Tips and Tricks’ page and a technical page for all the geeky stuff. Or you can just watch the pretty pictures and follow our sailing journey.

Running aground, epic varnishing and kissing a stingray! | Ep134
The week started really badly with us running aground on the way to the yard and having to be pulled off with the tug. It then went from bad to worst being in a vastly overpriced yard without the materials we needed and not being allowed to work on the boa...
