We finish the work of turning our sailing boat into a “canal boat” & say goodbye to Vlaamse Yachthaven in Nieuwpoort, before heading into the first of the 200+ locks which await us!
We would like to say a huge thank you to Maarten and the team at VWNiuewpoort for looking after us so well for such a long time. We highly recommend this marina, and were very lucky to end up there in 2019! https://www.vynieuwpoort.be/en
Thank you very much to Brinno for the timelapse camera used in this video. This camera is set up on our solar arch and records timelapse videos every day for weeks on end with no further intervention. The batteries last for weeks and it is literally a set and forget thing, which records during set hours, and at a frame rate of your choosing. Here is a link to the camera: https://brinno.eu/en/tlc300 (We have a TLC300 with the BCC-300 waterproof housing and clamp)
