Ice cream and how to heave to: Sailing Bohemia Ep.160
We explored the Kuna town of Nargana and enjoyed some of the fruits of civilisation (guess what everyone was craving!). After a short and less fruitful crocodile search in the local river, we practiced a key sailing manoeuvre en route to the next anchorage.

Four years ago we moved from England to California not knowing a thing about sailing. In September 2019 we sailed our 36 foot boat under the Golden Gate Bridge and turned left, leaving the San Francisco Bay behind but taking our cosy home with us. For us, this is the journey of a lifetime. We intend to visit some of the world's most beautiful and unspoiled cruising grounds.
