Investigating a Toxic Island | Treasure Island | Sailing Avocet
December 10, 2022 by Sailing Avocet | Language: EN Play Time: 00:12:25 | SAILING YOUTUBERS

After two days and seven hours of nonstop sailing up the California coast, we anchored in San Francisco Bay’s Clipper Cove, located between Treasure and Yerba Buena Island. We learned a lot about the artificial island and how it came to be, including its toxic history and hopeful future thanks to the Treasure Island Museum.
