Hi there, I’m Nicole Demetra 👋🏼 an author, seamstress, Kripalu Yoga teacher, single-handed sailor, and world traveler. For the past several years I’ve been solo-sailing throughout the northern Caribbean, and refitting a classic sailboat in the Dominican Republic. After a whirlwind adventure throughout the Bahamas, I’m back in the USA writing books, sewing professionally, teaching yoga, and planning my next adventure.
