A Supposed LEISURE SAIL becomes a JAMMED MAINSAIL FURLER! How To Get The Boat BACK TO THE DOCK!
Well we’ve been working very hard to get Cecilia ready for world travel come December, so we decided we needed a little leisure sailing time. Out we go on a beautiful day with 15-20 knots of wind…only to have the mainsail mysterioulsly jam half way out of the in-mast furler! Even the leisure has to be work sometimes! So we worked and worked for almost 2 hours to get the thing unjammed, only to improvise a way to get the boat back to the dock. The next morning up the mast goes Eric to sort out the issue. Enjoy!!
