At long last, we cast the lines and sail away. 🙂 After a tumultuous process of buying our liveaboard sailboat and a frantic 3 days of moving aboard, we shove off from Fort Lauderdale en route to Brunswick, Georgia via the Atlantic Ocean. But when there’s an airshow happening and every yahoo with a boat is boozing it up on the water in the canals, it makes for an interesting departure! But with 320 nautical miles to go, finally being on the ocean is the LEAST stressful part as well start our voyage with thunder, rain, and amazing sailing conditions. Enjoy!!
