In this week’s episode we celebrate ONE YEAR of living and cruising aboard Cecilia! This happens to coincide with some businesses finally opening back up in the USVI, so we set out to see what’s what. We also show you the ghost town that is Charlotte Amalie since we’ve been here, with no cruise ships to fill the streets with customers.
