Sailing and Living with Uncertainty

Here is the second episode of Season 3 of Pacific Solo. I took a very important decision that will greatly affect Pacific Solo, but the last few weeks have been a lot happier.
I keep learning and growing every day as a sailor.

This episode is directed and produced by Will of Lago Films. He is generously volunteering his time and skill to produce one episode a month in addition to my weekly updates.

Oh and YT asks me if there is paid promotion in this video . . technically there isn`t because my sponsors who are also my friends are supporting my journey and the costs related to it and not necessarily for a profile in return. But as I mention those who sponsor me I have clicked that box.

Back on Land and Facing the Scale: Yikes #boatlife #sunrise #fitness
Boat life may be good for the soul… but not for the waistline. Back on land, walking every day in one of my favorite valleys in Japan, I’m reminded of when I used to cycle 70 km before breakfast. Now? I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been at 95 kilos. ...

Zero Breeze Mark 2 Honest Score After 2 Years #boatlife #portableairconditioner #writerslife
How does the Zero Breeze Mark 2 really hold up after 2 years on a boat in Japan’s heat and humidity? I’ve been using mine on my sailboat Wahine as a portable air conditioner during typhoon prep and writing retreats. I’m not a tech guy, so setup took...
