Japan’s Popular Check-In Port for Cruisers + a Tip from Sailing La Vagabonde

In this episode, I glimpse one of Japan’s most renowned check-in spots for international cruisers—Yonabaru Marina. I also spent some time with Ryley, Alayna, their kids, and the crew of Sailing La Vagabonde, who had arrived from the Philippines. Alayna shares her top tip for cruisers planning to visit Japan, and I give you a tour of the marina, highlighting why it’s a popular stop for sailors worldwide. This video was filmed three weeks ago. As I post this, I am in London for the Business Book of the Year Awards, where I had the unique honor of losing to an astronaut. Heading back to Japan in a few hours.

Check out a great new app called SEAPEOPLE. Ryley and Alayna are co-founders.
