To replace the dripless seal, the boat needs to be out of the water. This gives me an opportunity to inspect the keel following the repair work last Sept, dealing with a crack and a lingering question: does Wahine have a loose keel? But alas even more is revealed. As they say in the boating world; BOAT stands for Bring Out Another Thousand. 🙁
