We start our sail north from San Diego, and after some brief stops in Dana Point, Newport Beach, and beautiful Santa Cruz Island, we make it to Santa Barbara. We wait in Santa Barbara until we get a good weather window to go up the central coast, and that’ll all be in the Leg 2 video!

Our Lady Defiant
We live on our J-133, named Defiant, and sail along the California coast when we're bored of sailing in our home port of San Francisco Bay. We love to race, as well as cruise, so we bought a boat that does both, and we use it for both regularly! We also have a cat, named Whiskey, who we bring along with us for all the adventures.
