Absolutely PERFECT LIVEABOARD option for someone, fantastic 2nd home, Weekend Getaway, Condo on the Water, or a Coastal Cruiser. With its being 70′ on paper getting a slip is going to be pretty easy and very affordable, BUT the Living space volume it offers is of a 90 footer… just… what’s my Fav word?! AWESOME! 😉
