We are back with our Affordable Liveaboard Yacht Series and today we are taking you on a Power Motor Yacht Tour of this 1997 NAVIGATOR 5600 SUNDANCE.
The reason we wanted to show you this “Lady” is that someone has spent the time and the money to do the right upgrades and the proper maintenance. She has a very nice layout with a private entrance Master Cabin, a tiered pilothouse with great visibility, as well as a fantastic Flybridge and the cockpit. Rico also was pretty impressed with her Engine room. She would make a great Liveaboard Boat, Condo on the Water, or Weekend Cruiser. She is currently listed for sale for $295,000
One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that if you are thinking of buying a Boat to Live on, the LOA does matter. For example, in MDR lots of Marinas require a boat to be a minimum of 35ft to be approved for an Official Liveaboard. #PowerYacht #NavigatorYacht
