Erst genieße ich mit Heinz, Wilm und Klaus noch ein paar unbeschwerte Tage auf St. Martin, bis uns die Pandemie auch in der Karibik plötzlich und hart einholt. Der Törn wird Hals über Kopf auf St. Barths abgebrochen und ich segle alleine weiter nach Martinique, um Anke zu treffen. Während der zweitägigen Fahrt dorthin erlässt Frankreich ein Dekret zum Lockdown und, als ich morgens in Fort de France ankomme, sind die Grenzen geschlossen. Aber ich treffe Anke dort nach 2 Monaten wieder und mit einheimischer Hilfe können wir trotzdem Proviant und Diesel an Bord nehmen. Glücklicherweise kann ich einen Tag später in Le Marin einklarieren. Vor Sainte-Anne liegen Anke und ich wochenlang im Lockdown vor Anker, aber machen das Beste daraus, bis Anke schließlich Mitte April einen Rückflug nach Deutschland bekommt. Nun beginne ich mit den Vorbereitungen für die Rückfahrt nach Deutschland.
