This WEATHER and SQUALLS are HARD for the MORALE -- 🌊WAYPOINT 5 /Indian Ocean Crossing

(English below)Vents, courants et vagues contre nous. De la mauvaise météo. Un beau trio qui met à rude épreuve notre moral et notre voilier, surtout quand les grains se mettent de la partie et que nous sommes déportés Est alors que nous allons Ouest. Cette Zone de Convergence Intertropicale est un beau défi, c’est comme si Poséidon voulait tester notre mental et notre endurance…parfois, naviguer peut être pénible dans ces conditions, mais ça fait partie du jeu! Ce ne serait pas drôle si tout était beau tout le temps. Et puis, même dans les moments dures il y a de quoi se réjouir ou rigoler! Ce n’est que le début de notre traversée de l’Océan Indien, c’est le temps de s’accrocher… bientôt, nous serons dans les Alizées qui serons un tapis roulant jusqu’en Afrique. Allez, zou, un grain arrive, allons réduire les voiles!

🇬🇧Winds, currents and waves against us. Bad weather sailing. A beautiful trio that puts a strain on our morale and our sailboat, especially when the squalls are in the game and we are deported East as we go West. This Intertropical Convergence Zone is a great challenge, it’s as if Poseidon wanted to test our mind and our endurance … sometimes sailing can be painful in these conditions, but it’s part of the game! It wouldn’t be funny if everything looked good all the time. And then, even in hard times there is something to rejoice or laugh about! This is only the beginning of our crossing of the Indian Ocean, now is the time to hang in there … soon we will be in the Trade Winds which will be a conveyor belt to Africa. Come on, zou, a squall is coming, let’s reduce the sails!
