AFRICA we're coming! Sailing in the RIGHT DIRECTION // 🌊Indian Ocean Crossing/6

(French below)🇬🇧 Crossing the Ocean, as you saw in the previous Waypoint#5, is sometimes tough on morale … Especially when all the elements are against us! And we love the challenge to use the less possible the engine… Fortunately, the situation seems to be improving today, with the possibility for us to finally tack and have a good course in the right direction! What a relief, we were going so far to the East, pushed by the equatorial current … The squalls are still there, the Boobies are partying on board, we are followed by a military submarine (?!), the Sun finally comes back, we feast, we take a well-watered shower, and we marvel at this splendid sunset, which is very rare these days!

We had a blast doing this Waypoint, we hope you like it just as much!

🇫🇷 Traverser l’Océan, comme vous l’avez vu dans le Waypoint précédent, est parfois dur sur le moral… Surtout quand tous les éléments sont contre nous! Et nous aimons le défi d’utiliser le moteur le moins possible, faire le plus possible à la voile. Heureusement, la situation semble s’améliorer aujourd’hui, avec possibilité pour nous finalement de virer et d’avoir un bon cap dans la bonne direction! Quel soulagement, on partait tellement à l’Est, poussés par le courant équatorial…Les grains sont toujours de la partie, les Fous font la fiesta à bord, nous sommes suivis par un sous-marin militaire ( ?!) le Soleil revient enfin, on se régale, on prend une douche bien arrosée, et on s’émerveille devant ce splendide coucher de soleil, qui état bien rare ces jours-ci!

On s’est éclatés à faire ce Waypoint, on espère qu’il vous plaira tout autant!
