Join us as we cook up a smokey storm on the back of our narrowboat, Nutshell, Thurmaston, just outside of Loughborough on the River Soar.
Hickory flavoured bbq spare ribs on the menu tonight.
Behind the scenes, Wendy knocks up a dish with what she could find in the pantry. Sliced potatoes, sliced zucchini, sliced onion, baby spinach, garlic, sour cream, a dash of milk, salt and pepper, baked in the oven for a couple of hours. Not bad! Loosely entitled Potatoes Dauphinoise.
