COOKING IN A NUTSHELL
How to quickly and easily create a pizza in a frying pan in a narrowboat kitchen. Anyone can do it!
This is a very simple recipe which uses shop bought ingredients so it does not require you to make anything yourself. My daughter taught me this one as it can be made in a frying pan in a flash.
Vary the toppings to what you have onboard or to suit your taste. You can use tasty or cheddar cheese instead of the mozarella.
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 flour tortilla
2 tbsp pizza or pasta sauce
8 slices of salami
½ red capsicum, finely sliced
tsp capers
8 black olives
100g grated mozarella
fresh basil, few torn leaves
