It’s day one and we head to the public jetty to fill Nutshell with water and give her a final wash-down before heading off on our sail to the Great Barrier Reef.
It’s a shakedown cruise for us to make sure that Nutty is safe and ready for our imminent sail north.
We stop at Hook Island and have a little poke around the beach and then sail over to Langford Island and Langford Reef. It’s a beautiful location and there’s a lovely walk up to the lookout.
