The gearbox re-assembly is finished and she gets a new coat of paint. We manhandle her onto Nutshell ready for installation.
Magnus does a few canning tests on various meats, some raw, some half cooked and some fully cooked, in readiness for our trip up to the Kimberley. We will have a limited amount of gas, so anything that can help us to reduce our gas usage is helpful. By cooking the meat before canning, we won’t need to waste gas frying it too much at the other end.
Magnus also does a little test on vacuum sealing fresh kaffir lime leaves.
Peanut IV gets loads of TLC too and ends up quite specky!
