Sailing Adventure in St. John with Friends

After bidding farewell to Lon at the Westin, Lauren is excited to head towards St. John where she’s meeting up with more sailing friends at Coral Bay where Limbo’s Out is located.

The plan did not come together until late afternoon yesterday so today she plans to enjoy a leisurely sail with her friends.

A Beautiful Sail Towards Coral Bay

Lauren sails West, keeping the southern side of St. John in sight.

The weather is pleasant with a gentle 15 knot wind blowing from the south which makes for an ideal sailing experience.

Game Night at Limbo’s Out

Upon reaching Coral Bay, Lauren and her friends gather at Limbo’s Out for a fun game night filled with laughter and good company.

This is going to be their last get-together before members of the group start moving on to different locations. Bdy Rose will soon head north while others may move around in the coming weeks.

I am just a girl who followed her dream of buying a sailboat to sail the world! I took the advice my dad gave me "Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life” and try to live this to the fullest every single day. I graduated college during Covid-19 with a marine biology degree and 100T Captain license. I had worked as a captain throughout college on power boats and was invited to sail with some friends in the Bahamas for a couple months. I fell in love with sailing and this lifestyle more than I thought I could; bought my boat a year later (Dec 2021) intending to charter, but decided to start sharing this beautiful life with you❤️
