Transforming my body in 5 months. Losing 14kg of body mass and more than 16kg of body fat lost. Regaining fitness, conditioning, endurance, strenght, flexibility and mobility. For different reasons I lost my fitness and conditioning and corona time was perfect to regain it. Fitness centers were closed so Training at home and in nature using basic fitness equipment was the solution. All you need is will power and you can do it! Home training is hard at the beginning but once you get in rhythm you might prefer it over fitness center,
