I’m not sure what we should call these guys that approached our vessel after sunset. Some cruisers call them Pirates, some call them criminals, I’d say they’re opportunistic.
It’s also our last sail with crew on board. We’ll be dropping everyone off in Portobelo after we arrive and it’ll be just the two of us again for a while.
In the end, even with the hustle, Escudo remains one of our favorite islands…wish we had more time to explore it.
