Disclaimer: this video is not instructional and definitely is not an example of how to properly sail a boat. In fact, it is further proof that sailing is a ridiculous past time and that buying a boat is not the best use of your money. If you already own a boat, stay at the dock! But, if you love sailing like me, you’ll keep going out there every chance you get.

Videos of our Hunter 340 "Sunspot Baby" and crew racing and sailing in Texas, USA on Galveston Bay out of the Kemah Boardwalk Marina. Sometimes with video added from other boats we're racing against or from cruises on other boats. We're just regular people, with otherwise regular jobs and lives having a great time racing and sailing regular sailboats in local waters every chance we get. I do hold dual citizenship, born in the United States, Platte County, Nebraska. I am also a legal and binding citizen of the Conch Republic. Nothing to do with how many Jimmy Buffett concerts I've been to or just because I own a sailboat. It's by marriage, Valerie was born in Monroe County, Florida on the island, yes..., that one.
