3 DIY flooring, dog safe stairs and our boat survives hurricane Ian

Today we reverse the destruction left in the wake of a nasty termite infestation- and just when we think the winds are shifting in our favor, Mother Nature throws us a category 4 curve ball.
We install new floor boards and install faux teak EVA mats on the floor on our sailboat FLOW. We also cover our stairs with a carpet runner so the dogs can get up and down more easily, then our whole dock comes together to weather Hurricane Ian.

Hey everybody, sorry this came out a day late. Our first edit used a song that, while free to use, I mislabeled in the licensing in the description. This caused YouTube to give us a copyright block on that. I didn’t notice I had put in the wrong license, so in my frustration just decided to re-edit the video, then re-render and re-upload (the upload taking over 2 hours each time). By the time I started the last upload it was WAY past my bed time, so I went to sleep and finished this up Monday morning. We are going to try for Sunday early afternoon instead of Sunday evening from now on so if this ever happens again, we can catch it before 2 in the morning. Thank you for your patience!

Sailing SV Flow - 2 people, 4 dogs, 0 experience We’re just a couple of middle-aged empty-nesters who are slightly prone to “Oooh-Shiny” Syndrome and sometimes lack the good sense to back down from a challenge.
