26 Fire on a boat is NEVER good!!!
Welcome back guys! Last week you celebrated with us as we launched our no-longer-stricken sailboat after three long months of hard time in the yard. We fought the good fight and we emerged victorious. But the revelry is short lived my friends, because you know Flow isn't going to let us off that easy! Now we've barely had time to catch our breath and Flow is coming out swinging in the second round- and she's fighting dirty.
In today's episode we face a new onslaught of unanticipated hardships in the form of electrical fires, hurricanes, shattered hoses and broken dreams.

Sailing SV Flow - 2 people, 4 dogs, 0 experience We’re just a couple of middle-aged empty-nesters who are slightly prone to “Oooh-Shiny” Syndrome and sometimes lack the good sense to back down from a challenge. Granted, no one has ever accused us of leading boring lives; crazy, maybe, but not boring. We don’t do sweet, sane life-in-a-box. We do live in a near constant state of chaos, but chaos has become our friend and our mentor. Now we’ve really jumped off the deep end (pun definitely intended) and are taking on our biggest challenge yet- we are setting out on a circumnavigation of the globe in our 45' sailboat with our four dogs as unwitting accomplices. This new adventure promises to shape and mold our lives in ways we’ve only imagined. We invite you to follow along with us as we turn the page on this new chapter. And don’t worry- while you are starting in the middle of our story, you, my friend, have the benefit of skipping right to the best chapter!
